Tyler has been actively leading growth in Scandia Family Private Equity for 10+ years. Since 1992 Tyler has been involved in construction design and management, development, purchasing, and construction operations across the western United States.  Tyler co-founded Rubicon Contractors in 2010 with Rudy Larsen, with the goal of bringing their shared vision of a commercial construction company that was significantly different from competitors in the Mountain West.  Through commitment to processes & technology focused on Customer Service, Accurate Scheduling, Asset Management, On-Time Delivery and Fiscal Responsibility, Scandia Family Companies differentiate traditional business models to compete rigorously.
