When we approached this property, it was currently an industrial building located in a residential area. Consequently, a rezone was required. We were able to work with the city to achieve a rezone.


To achieve the rezone and the development of this multi-family unit, we had to work with the city, zoning professionals, and other key people. We worked hard with them to understand all that needed to be done and fulfilled all the requirements.
